No Sleep, No problem

It may not be the healthiest way to live day to day but sometimes it's impossible to get 8 hours of sleep a night! Even when I don't get all the sleep I need, I don't want my appearance to display it. Here are a few EASY tips that might just brighten up your face and put a little pep back in your step ;)

1. curl your lashes. Apply a few coats of mascara after you curl your lashes. Apply a lose powder beneath your lower lid to keep black smudges from appearing.

2. skip the heavy foundation and powder that will make you look even more mask like. Instead opt for a tinted moisturizer that will help even out any blotches.

3. a little pink goes a long way. Apply a light pink blush to the apples of your cheeks to instantly transform you from zombie to youthful beauty.

4. dry shampoo. My new best friend, no time to wash your hair??? Use a dry shampoo for a quick instant lock lifter. My fave is: Got2b Rockin It Dry Shampoo. Score this for around $5.00!!

Of course i recommend trying to get an ample amount of sleep each night but we all know that's not possible to achieve all the time. Put these tips to good use the next time your sleep gets interrupted.
