Small Budget, Big Results

Don't think you have to own the worlds best at home gym or belong to the most prestigious fitness club. You can get a great workout in your home for well under $100. Below I've listed my all time favorite exercise equipment that you can buy for a steal! Don't wait until January 1st to start your workout routine. Let's trim your tree and your waist this holiday season!

⬇ $10 - we all have a love hate relationship with Jillian Michaels but she produces some killer workouts with killer results! Buy her 30 Day Shred video for less at local retailers. Find it HERE

⬇ $20 - resistance band:- bands offer more variety b/c they create resistance in all directions. Which helps strengthen neglected muscle groups. 

⬇ $30 - most-fit strap: my all time favorite workout is TRX but those bands can be a little pricey. Check out this very similar concept. Suspension training is a total body workout and it easily attaches to a doorway for maximum portability! check it out HERE

⬇ $30 - pull up bar: this is a multifunctional  exercise bar. Can be used for much more than pull-ups. Execute sit-ups, push-ups, tricep dips and much more! Check it out HERE

⬇ $50 - Kettle bell: I've just started incorporating these into my workouts in the past 2 months and love what they are doing for my body. They provide a quick workout with cardio & strength training and help with core stability. They can get pricey but i found a steal of a deal HERE
