Alright folks, ready for another week of meals to supercharge your taste buds?!? I've put together meals that are both healthy and for the most part family friendly :) I am blessed with kids who love to eat flavorful food. I've learned if they help me cook it, they are more inclined to eat it. Here goes:

Monday: starting the week off right with this Ham & Potato Stew.

Tuesday: time to travel to a different part of the world and try out these Asian Turkey Meatballs served with brown rice and broccoli

Wednesday: weather is back into the 70's so todays meal is Quesadillas &  Spinach Salad

Thursday: supposed to feel like winter again tonight so we're having Sweet Potato & Black Bean Chili or if you'd rather Chicken Taco Chili paired with yummy corn muffins that sounded too good not to try, even if they aren't the healthiest

Friday: finishing the work week with Green Pepper Philly Cheese and a side of Mac N Cheese because honestly, i don't know if the kids will dig this main dish!

Saturday: pizza night!!! Use a whole wheat tortilla shell for the pizza crust and put whatever toppings you want on it :) Pizza night through a whole new eye!

Sunday: time to power through the rest of the weekend with these  Power Enchiladas & lowfat refried beans

Slow Cooker Apple Deliciousness!

throw 2 sliced apples, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour 2 cups of oatmeal and 4 cups of water on top. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.

  2. Just made the cookie dough yogurt, popped it in the freezer for 20 minutes after my evening workout :)No kids to eat it all..... A little bit of yumminess before i drift off to sleep.
