Hey Friends :) Starting our 2nd week of fitness in January!!!! Who's still on board? If you notice some of your friends haven't been to the gym make sure to encourage them and motivate them to keep going! It's so much more fun and easier to stick to your goals if your friends are there beside you cheering you on!!!
Here is a workout, a little longer than some of them but it will pay off in the end. I usually like to keep the videos to under 10 min. but this workout is worth the extra few minutes!!!! Have a wonderful monday!
