Total Body Workout

I love the basic exercises! Kettlebells, Dumbbells, treadmills are great but there's something about getting your sweat on without having to mess with any equipment. Calisthenics are one of the best ways to lose weight and tone up in the comfort of your own home! Heck, you don't even have to change out of your pj's if you don't want to! 

We're going to do each exercise below for 60 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Go through at least 2-3 times. After each full circuit rest for an entire minute. This circuit is going to target the entire body and remember, the more muscle you have the more fat your body will burn even while you're asleep!
