3 ingredients Buffalo Chicken Crockpot

✶ 3-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
✶ 12 oz bottle Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
✶ 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix. 
Lay chicken in crockpot, pour sauce over top chicken, sprinkle dressing on top. Cook covered on low for 5 hours. 
Shred and return back into sauce. Cook 'til thickened.

* this is spicy but you can cut the spice by adding cream cheese to the mix for less spice.
*make even healthier by eating on lettuce leaves rather than bread.

  3 Ingredient Corn Pudding 
**gluten free**
2 (14.75oz) cans cream style corn
6 eggs, lightly beaten
8 oz cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350F
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Transfer to lightly greased 1.5 quart dish.
Cover and cook 45 minutes. Remove cover & bake for another 45 minutes. 
Seves 4-6
